Know Your Neighbor, Help Your Neighbor, Love Your Neighbor. C4 is a new non profit organization and at this time we have a few programs and have more planned. At this time C4 has a Community Garden and a Community Orchard. We have a house which is a transitional housing program for men. We hope to have a transitional housing program for women in the near future. We are at this time planning a Summer Children's Program. We also have The Elf Network a.k.a. T.E.N. The Elf Network is a Christmas program which helps less fortunate children receive Christmas gifts. Please feel free to contact us anytime. less
