The enduring hope for a Nation, whose Destiny is cast like iron in GOD, the Creator of The Heavens and Earth, dwelling in the Land GOD Declared was HIS

United in song – the ‘Voices of Moriah’ AUSTRALIA NSW Jewish School from ELC (Early Learning Centre) to HIGH SCHOOL

Our students and staff, ELC to High School, have come together in a moving rendition of Eyal Golan's 'Am Yisrael Chai'; a song that has uplifted our spirits and has quickly become a new anthem of our People through this challenging time. We end the year with ‘Am Yisrael Chai', as we stand strong and proud as a people, a school, and a nation.

Why is God called HaShem?
It is common Jewish practice to restrict the use of the names of God to a liturgical context. In casual conversation some Jews, even when not speaking Hebrew, will call God HaShem (השם), which is Hebrew for "the Name" (cf. Leviticus 24:11 and Deuteronomy 28:58). https://www.myjewishlearning.com/article/hashem/
