In order to avoid overcrowding hospitals, please:
1. Eat a diverse array of vegetables, fruits, clean carbs, and healthy fats. Eat less food; and avoid allergenic and inflammatory foods.
2. Sleep 7-9 hours a night.
3. Meditate/pray for a few minutes, or do whatever it takes to find relaxation at least briefly each day.
4. Breathe deeply in and out of your nose.
5. Actively avoid stress, especially online where none of it matter.
6. Minimize exposure to toxins (including drugs and alcohol) and enhance detoxification processes in the body.
7. Exercise in small amounts throughout the day.
8. Get enough sun, but not too much.
9. Stay grateful, especially for the small things. Stay positive, even in the face or setbacks.
10. Craft and cherish meaningful, supportive relationships.
11. Replete nutrients that are lacking.
12. Remember that you don’t have to be perfect, nor do you have to achieve everything on this list. Try your best, and have the confidence that it is enough.
13. Love yourself enough to do this.
