5-31-20 T&M NICODEMUS, CAUTIOUS, INQUIRERS

  • Yahvahosha replied, "Truly I tell you, unless someone is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of Yahvah." Jn 3:3

Nicodemus, the cautious inquirer, was earnestly seeking an answer to his questions when he approached Yahvahosha at night. How? How? How? were questions that continued to bother him.

Yahvahosha minced no words with Nicodemus. He informed him at once of the absolute necessity of the new birth. He told him that the new birth was so important that without it he could not see the kingdom of Yahvah. If physical blindness is tragic, how much more tragic is spiritual blindness!

The new birth was essential for Nicodemus, a religious leader, a man held in high regard by his fellow men. It is also essential for you and for me--for everyone. With new birth comes new sight--new vision. New thoughts, new loyalties, new appreciation are given. Our eyes are open so that we may see Yahvahosha. Praise Yahvah for this gift!

As unimaginable wonderful as the gift is, the Apostle Paul reminds us that, this side of eternity, our understanding will always be somewhat limited: "For new we see only a reflection as in a mirrow, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I will know fully, as I am fully known." 1Co 13:12

There is so much to be grateful for now; and so much to look forward to in eternity. Thanks be to our Yahvah.

PRAYER: YAHVAH, PLEASE GUIDE ME AS I SEEK TO SHARE WITH OTHERS HOW THE GOSPEL HAS CHANGED MY HEART AND MY LIFE. HALLELUYAH. Apostle Dr. T.
