Actual Attacks On Jerusalem:
1 Kings 14:25: Now it happened in the fifth year of King Rehoboam, that Shishak the king of Egypt came up against Jerusalem.
2 Kings 15:37: In those days the Lord began to send Rezin king of Aram and Pekah the son of Remaliah against Judah.
2 Kings 16:5: Then Rezin king of Aram and Pekah son of Remaliah, king of Israel, came up to Jerusalem to wage war; and they besieged Ahaz, but could not overcome him.
2 Kings 18:17: Then the king of Assyria sent Tartan and Rab-saris and Rabshakeh from Lachish to King Hezekiah with a large army to Jerusalem. So they went up and came to Jerusalem. And when they went up, they came and stood by the conduit of the upper pool, which is on the highway of the fuller’s field.
Jeremiah 34:22: Behold, I am going to command,’ declares the Lord, ‘and I will bring them back to this city; and they will fight against it and take it and burn it with fire; and I will make the cities of Judah a desolation without inhabitant.’”
