Adoption Is By God's Grace

    I'm off to a late start this morning.  And, I'm going bonkers, having to sign in on face book.  I get a message that says, you don't have to remember your pass word just click on your profile, yeah right, it doesn't show until I sign in, lol!  On with the Study!!

     

    Adoption Is By God's Grace: 

     

    Ephesians 1:5-6:      He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the kind intention of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, which He freely bestowed on us in the Beloved.

    Ezekiel 16:3-6:      and say, ‘Thus says the Lord God to Jerusalem, “Your origin and your birth are from the land of the Canaanite, your father was an Amorite and your mother a Hittite. As for your birth, on the day you were born your navel cord was not cut, nor were you washed with water for cleansing; you were not rubbed with salt or even wrapped in cloths. No eye looked with pity on you to do any of these things for you, to have compassion on you. Rather you were thrown out into the open field, for you were abhorred on the day you were born. read more.

    Romans 4:16-17:      For this reason it is by faith, in order that it may be in accordance with grace, so that the promise will be guaranteed to all the descendants, not only to those who are of the Law, but also to those who are of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all, (as it is written, “A father of many nations have I made you&rdquo in the presence of Him whom he believed, even God, who gives life to the dead and calls into being that which does not exist.

    Ephesians 1:11:      also we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to His purpose who works all things after the counsel of His will,

    Romans 8:15:      For you have not received a spirit of slavery leading to fear again, but you have received a spirit of adoption as sons by which we cry out, “Abba! Father!”
