I'm going to stay in the in and out mold until Monday. More time off, then on. I 3want to give my neck a rest and not move around so much, and see if that helps. I'm also wishing that my computer screen was up higher, so that I can look straight ahead, and not down, that puts pressure on the neck. I'll put that across to Gary, and see what he comes up with.
