Acknowledge, Sin:
Psalm 32:5: I acknowledged my sin to You,
And my iniquity I did not hide;
I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the Lord”;
And You forgave the guilt of my sin. Selah.
Psalm 51:3: For I know my transgressions,
And my sin is ever before me.
Jeremiah 3:13: ‘Only acknowledge your iniquity,
That you have transgressed against the Lord your God
And have scattered your favors to the strangers under every green tree,
And you have not obeyed My voice,’ declares the Lord.
Jeremiah 14:20: We know our wickedness, O Lord,
The iniquity of our fathers, for we have sinned against You.
1 John 1:9: If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
1 Corinthians 11:31-32: But if we judged ourselves rightly, we would not be judged. But when we are judged, we are disciplined by the Lord so that we will not be condemned along with the world.
Proverbs 28:13: He who conceals his transgressions will not prosper,
But he who confesses and forsakes them will find compassion.
Isaiah 6:5: Then I said,
“Woe is me, for I am ruined!
Because I am a man of unclean lips,
And I live among a people of unclean lips;
For my eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts.”
John 8:7: But when they persisted in asking Him, He straightened up, and said to them, “He who is without sin among you, let him be the first to throw a stone at her.”
Psalm 51:9 : Hide Your face from my sins
And blot out all my iniquities.
