Acquitting The Guilty

  • Acquitting The Guilty:

    Proverbs 17:15:      He who justifies the wicked and he who condemns the righteous, Both of them alike are an abomination to the Lord.

    Isaiah 5:23:      Who justify the wicked for a bribe,
    And take away the rights of the ones who are in the right!

    Proverbs 18:5:      To show partiality to the wicked is not good,
    Nor to thrust aside the righteous in judgment.

    Psalm 94:21:        They band themselves together against the life of the righteous And condemn the innocent to death.

    Proverbs 24:24:      He who says to the wicked, “You are righteous,”
    Peoples will curse him, nations will abhor him;

    Exodus 23:7:      Keep far from a false charge, and do not kill the innocent or the righteous, for I will not acquit the guilty.

    Micah 6:11:      “Can I justify wicked scales
    And a bag of deceptive weights?

    Job 9:2:      “In truth I know that this is so;
    But how can a man be in the right before God?

    Romans 3:24-26:      being justified as a gift by His grace through the redemption which is in Christ Jesus; whom God displayed publicly as a propitiation in His blood through faith. This was to demonstrate His righteousness, because in the forbearance of God He passed over the sins previously committed; for the demonstration, I say, of His righteousness at the present time, so that He would be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.
