While in prayer the other day, God revealed to me some things that at times a believer will take as trivial but are not! One thing that we should know is that everything evil comes from the enemy! Every attack that arises is never from God, though the Lord will allow it to test our Faith in Him! For some time now we as believers of Christ have allowed satan to occupy a sit in what is supposed to be ours by right! What do I mean by this? We have allowed the enemy to take the place of our health, finances, family, marriages e.t.c The enemy has taken over these to bring about sickness, financial lack, breakup or even misunderstandings in our families or marriages. We as believers in Christ have been given authority by God over everything in this world, and our words have power because everything is in our possession! Deuteronomy 28:7b says they shall come out against thee one way, and flee before thee seven ways! Yes, trials will come and yes the enemy will arise but we are assured that they shall flee before us in seven ways! This meaning that when we use our authority over the enemy, he has no space in our lives but to flee! Authority will come when we declare what the word of God is saying over our situations! We should know our God given authority and act on it because when we do so the enemy will never get the chance to invade in our space!
Isaiah 59: 19b Says that when the enemy shall come in like a flood, the spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him. This clearly reveals that the enemy has no power over us because the Lord has already put in a strategy before hand to counter attack every strategy of the enemy! Hallelujah! The enemy is never above the standard that God has put against his devices! Therefore we should take a stand in this and have Faith in God, be persistent in prayer for the Bible advises us that we should pray without ceasing! Pray until it manifests and also declaring God's WORD in the situation.
James 5: 16 encourages us that the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. So keep pressing in Faith, removing all doubt because we are already assured of Victory. And the standards of God are higher than the enemy always!
