Come in and Close the Door
Beloved, what do you believe God is saying to the nations during this timeline and shutdown? Many generations ago, God appointed Habakkuk a prophet, much like Ezekiel and Jeremiah, to lead in troubled times. He wrestled with God in the beginning, and we watch as he developed a deep intimacy with God! Habakkuk cried out to God because He didn't understand why God allowed not only Judah but the nations to get by with their sinful and immoral ways. (Habakkuk 1:2-4) At first, he got no answers and felt that God was way too tolerant of His people. Then God revealed to Habakkuk His plan through a vision. (Habakkuk 1:5-11) God planned to correct and direct His people through a nation more wicked than Judah. (Habakkuk 2) Habakkuk thought this was utterly ridiculous! God told him to look and watch the nations.
I believe this is a word from the Lord for us today. He who has an ear to hear what the spirit of the Lord is saying, let him hear. (Revelations 2:7, 29, 3:13, 22) Habakkuk watched the people, listened, and saw. In chapter two, He was positioned to stand and see. in closing, Habakkuk was positioned to kneel and see. (Habakkuk 3) He teaches us to kneel and pray as the body of Christ. I believe God has called His children to pray and intercede, especially for our leaders because God has set them in office. (Daniel 2:21) Pray for Christians everywhere and pray for your family members and loved ones to come into the Kingdom.
I believe God has brought you to this place for such a time as this! (Esther 4:14) We are not only to pray during times of peace but also during troubled times completely dependent on Him. I believe kneeling, praying, crying out to Abba, Daddy God today in repentance for sins, iniquities, and transgressions, our ancestors and forefathers and our families, as well as self, is our positions today. God is in complete control of what happens in the earth. He planned the end from the beginning. (Isaiah 46:10) All the nations not only have sinned against God, but He is a jealous God and will have no other gods before Him. (Exodus 20:3-5) I invite you as a child of the Most-High God to join me and go home, my people, into your inner chambers and close the doors behind you. Hide for a little while, until His indignation is over. For the Lord is coming out from his heavenly place to punish people for their sins. The earth itself will expose the blood spilled upon it, and the ground will no longer hide its slain. (Isaiah 26:20-21 TPT)
Mark your door post with anointing oil as God's property - the blood on your doorposts will serve as a sign, marking your house where you are staying. Then when I the Lord, your God will see the blood, and I will pass over you. This plague of death will not touch you when I strike the land of Egypt. (Exodus 12:13-23) God has positioned you and me to kneel and see in unity as the Body of Christ!

Father God, we boldly come before Your throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. (Hebrews 4:16) You are our protection (refuge) and strength, a present help in times of trouble. (Isaiah 46:1) "I acknowledged my sin to You, and I do not cover up my iniquity. 'I confess my transgression, rebellion and lawlessness to You LORD.'" (Psalms 32:5) Have mercy on me and my family, O God, according to your steadfast love; according to your abundant mercy, blot out our transgressions. Wash us thoroughly from our iniquity and cleanse us from our sin! (Psalm 51:1-2) "The Lord, the Lord God, be merciful and gracious, long-suffering, and abounding in goodness and truth, keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, by no means clearing the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children and the children's children to the third and the fourth generation." (Exodus 34:6-7)I sever at the root and break generational sins Father, I thank You for forgiving us of our sins, iniquities, and transgressions (1 John 1:9) and burying our sins in the sea of forgetfulness and remembering them no more. (Psalms 103:12) )I sever at the root and break generational sins and curses, I curse and renounce them and cover myself and my family with the blood of Jesus. I declare and decree I do not have the DNA of my bloodline but I have Christ Jesus DNA and we share in the inheritance of Jesus I declare we are covered and protected by Abba Father as we serve You all the days of our lives in Jesus' righteous, holy name! Amen.
