Well we are seeing in this Nation take place what we and many others have said for many years, this Nation shall destroy itself from within by it's own hands.The government is quickly taken over control of our lives as we know it. Medical, jobs, food, gas, money even distributing chemicals from the airways that will effect the farms and the local gardens, animals and people to cause sickness and destruction of food. It's gotten to the point that decisions are made and we are expected to follow them rather they are right or wrong.
As the Jews in the book of ESTHER were about to be murdered at Hamon's direction and his trickery, Mordecai informed ESTHER what was about to happen and she must appeal to the King to stop it. So she instructed that the Jews would join her in fasting and praying for 3 days and 3 nights for God to show her and her people favor with King Abasuerus to spare them from being destroyed. God answered and showed her and all the Jews across the country favor and they were not only spared but gained strength to overcome.
Their sorrow turned into Joy and their mourning into celebration. From that day, and for all generations to follow, they called that time THE PURIM FESTIVAL which is this Thursday March 21st for year 2024. (read ESTHER 9:20-28)
If WE are the people, that are God's servants and believe that God still grants miracles as He did in ESTHER, then we can expect Him to hear our prayers as he says in 2 chronicles 7:11-14.
Solomon, he appealed to ADONAI, and ADONAI answered to him in the night that He had heard his prayer, ADONAI told Solomon "IF" He shut up heaven that there is no rain, "IF" He caused the Locust to overcome the land, or pestilence to come among the people; But then in verse 7:14 ADONAI says this , "when my people over whom My name is called, humble themselves and pray and seek My Face and turn from their evil ways, then I will hear from Heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. V:15 Now My eyes will be open and My ears are attentive to the prayer offered in this place."
If you are wondering about this year election, If you are wondering what is going to happen this year, If you are wondering if what you are seeing happening in this world and saying I can't do anything, they are going to do what ever they want, (Who ever THEY are) Then it is time to stand as ESTHER did for her people , fast and pray and approach the Throne of the King to hear our prayers for ISRAEL and this Nation, to forgive us of the sins. failures and the false direction this Nation has taken and bring us back into the true fellowship with Him; God can change things quickly and in a direction that pleases His heart. But He wants to hear from us first with a sincere heart.
