PEACE IS BEING RELEASED
KATHY DEGRAW, GRANDVILLE, MI
There is a stirring in the spiritual realm and the wind is shifting. The wind of peace is coming into your life. The wind is the breath and wind of God, the Ruach HaKodesh, the Holy Spirit. I see the wind of the Spirit and peace circling and cycling all around. He is in you and through you. He is at the core of your being.
Jesus left you and sent you a Helper, a Comforter - the Holy Spirit (John 14). Jesus is the Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6), the King of kings and the Lord of lords (Revelation 19:16). When we have Jesus, we should have everlasting peace; His Word says we can. "Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you..." (John 14:27). Do we receive and live in that peace?
Repeatedly over the past two weeks, I have heard in the spirit that He will give people the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). You will have a new realization and reality of His peace. A great wave of peace is coming in the spirit to transcend your understanding and give you new revelation and waves of peace. I hear Him saying, "Tell My people: Don't compare peace to prosperity that can come and go in the natural." The peace He desires to bestow upon you is an everlasting, consistent peace that will not leave you or fail you.
Look to Him for this peace, not to material possessions or words of comfort from a friend. Jesus is the Prince of Peace, and He left us with a Comforter, a Helper and a Companion. The Holy Spirit is with us always, and He resides in us. We must tap into and pull forth the peace that's already within us, living in and through us.
By being caught up in busyness and distraction, we can neglect our time with God. If we want to live in a place of perpetual peace, we need to seek the Prince of Peace and the Comforter. They will lead and guide us into all truth, and the truth that they will lead and guide us into is peace.
We can have peace if we will seek it - if we bow down and worship Him, humble ourselves and seek His face.
What and who are we seeking to satisfy us and bring us peace - worldly things and people, or the One who is peace and created peace? The peace that surpasses all understanding is what He wants to give, and He will release it. Are you ready? Is your heart prepared? Can you yield to the Ruach HaKodesh - the Holy Spirit? Can you listen and go when He calls and says come?
We serve a faithful and true God who wants to release peace to you. I keep hearing it in the spirit, and I believe it. Will you put yourself in a position to receive it?
