"THE GENERAL OF REVIVAL IS AMONG US!"
ROMA WATERMAN, MELBOURNE, VIC, AUSTRALIA
During one of our prayer meetings, I saw a picture of myself trying to look at something that was far off in the distance. In the vision, all I could see were indistinct figures moving around. I then heard the Lord say, "Put your spiritual glasses on!" As soon as I did, not only did the figures become clear and crisp, but I realized that they were right in front of me—not far away as I had presumed. They were angels moving to and fro around the earth, doing the bidding of the Lord for this season in time.
As I looked at all these angels, suddenly, at lightning speed, the Lord came right up close to me, standing in front of me. He was dressed in Roman armor, and emblazoned on His chest in red was the word "REVIVAL." He looked right into my eyes and He said, "OBJECTS ARE CLOSER THAN THEY APPEAR."
He then said to me, "I want My people to stop thinking that things are far off in the distance. And if you cannot see, it is because you are not looking through the right lens."
I believe the glasses represent prayer, and that as we lean intentionally into intercession, those things that once seemed fuzzy—the strategies that we need to move victoriously upon the earth—are going to be revealed to us in greater clarity.
I then heard the Lord say, "I am the Captain of the army—and revival is not far off; it is right in front of you! When you put those glasses on, you will see exactly what I need you to see, and it is no longer in the distance, but it is as close to you as My breath on your skin!"
Have you been frustrated that what you sense often seems out of reach? For some of you, it may be unfulfilled dreams, or it may be things the Lord has spoken to you about in the past that have not come to fruition yet. There is a great acceleration of the things of God coming to your life, and a desire for the Father to place you strategically in position to fulfill what He has called you to do!
The General of revival is among us—let's go!
