"THIS IS A 'STEPPING INTO' SEASON"
CRAIG COONEY, PORTADOWN, NORTH IRELAND
You've been standing at the edge, skirting around the perimeter, staring at the promise, and longing to walk in it—praying, declaring, and believing, but it still looks so far away. It seems impossible. The obstacles appear impassable. The reasons why it can't happen are innumerable. The warfare and weariness have been relentless. You've been tempted to settle for less, but the Voice inside won't let you.
The appointed time has come. Get ready to cross over! In these next three to four weeks, you're going to experience a significant advance. The waters will part; the way will open; a path will be made through. In many cases, it will feel as if it's happening too quickly! After all this waiting, you'll want more time to prepare. I see the numbers 1, 2, 3...then 7, 8, 9. It's as if you're going to skip a few steps. A divine push will bring a sudden acceleration—fast, forward motion.
For some of you, life is going to look very different, very quickly. One contact, or call, or conversation will lead to sudden movement. You won't have to push or self-promote. A door will open that you didn't even knock on. An opportunity will appear that you weren't even seeking. An invitation will arrive that wasn't even on your radar.
It's time to step over. It's also time to step up, to back yourself, and to release what's inside you. Upgrade your identity and walk in your authority!
Seeds faithfully sown in these past seasons are going to bud and bear fruit. Your long obedience will be rewarded. Your patient waiting will have been worth it. There will be an unusual grace on this next season and assignment. Yes, there will be battles, but also quicker breakthroughs. You'll feel as if you've found your "fit."
Put wilderness living behind you. Manna is off the menu. The land of milk and honey lies before you. Step across into promise. Lay hold of your inheritance!
