URGENT PRAYER REQUEST FOR ISRAEL!
CURT LANDRY, GROVE, OK
This prayer request is urgent and significant in light of the escalating events in Israel. As conflict intensifies between Israel and Iran, the Body of Yeshua must rise with fervent and unceasing prayers of protection, wisdom, comfort, and peace.
Yesterday, sirens sounded in the land of Israel as the IDF responded to growing threats with decisive action. Israel is now bracing for what may be a prolonged and dangerous confrontation.
Let us stand together—in unity—in intercessory prayer:
1. Prayers for Protection
Civilians and Soldiers: Lord, be a shield around those in danger. Cover homes, bases, and public spaces with divine protection. Guard every soldier and every child alike (Psalm 91).
2. Prayers for Wisdom
Leaders and Decision-makers: Lord, grant wisdom to Israel's leaders in the military and government. May they act with righteousness, courage, and clarity under pressure (James 1:5).
3. Prayers for Comfort
Those Who Mourn: We lift up grieving families and hearts heavy with fear or loss. Let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard their hearts and minds (Philippians 4:7).
4. Prayers for the Church
The Body of Messiah: Stir up intercession among Believers in Israel and worldwide. Let there be boldness in prayer and unity in the Spirit (Ephesians 6:18).
5. Prayers for Salvation
Open Hearts: In this time of uncertainty, may many come to know the hope found in Yeshua. Let hearts be softened and eyes opened to truth and redemption (Romans 10:1, 9–10).
"Behold, He who keeps Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord is your keeper; the Lord is your shade at your right hand... The Lord shall preserve you..." (Psalm 121:4-5, 7)
Let us not grow weary in lifting up the nation of Israel at this time! Let us pray in unity and according to God's Word.
