THE NEW SEASON IS NOW!
ANITA ALEXANDER, GOLD COAST AUSTRALIA
Word released on September 3, 2025:
"Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness." (Isaiah 43:18–19 ESV)
If ever there was a season to understand this verse, it's NOW. I would encourage you all to intentionally lean into this Scripture, as I wholeheartedly believe it's a word of the Lord for NOW.
In order to "see" and "recognize" a new thing, you have to forget the old thing. This doesn't mean old is bad, or wrong; it's just come to completion, and the Lord now says, "Don't look back to navigate moving forward." To recognize that God is doing a new thing, your heart has to be "willing" to let go of whatever the Lord is asking you to let go of.
A few nights ago, I dreamt of a red sunset. To me, when I see a red sunset, I hear that old saying "a red sky at night is a shepherd's delight," insinuating the following day would be fine weather and clear skies. The Lord was saying to me, "Anita, the sun is setting on this season, and it's my delight to bring you into a glorious new day." I also knew my Good Shepherd was leading me in His favor into this new season. If we are surrendered to the closing of this season and follow our Good Shepherd, we will experience His delight and favor in all things we are advancing into.
Things are changing people. A little over two years ago, I had a dream "change is in the air." Now as we stand two years later, I believe change is no longer in the air, it's upon us, and it is necessary to discern the times and seasons to successfully move forward and advance into all the Lord has portioned for us in this next season.
I recently heard the Lord say to me, "Do not look for Me in the familiar place; do not look for Me in the comfortable."
The just shall walk by faith. Your walk needs to be led by faith, and faith doesn't always make sense, nor is it comfortable for the flesh. However, it's exhilarating to be in the perfect will of God, even though by the world standards it may not "look" successful.
The cloud has moved; it's time to advance.
