Feeling thankful and humbly encouraged today :-) I had two sales come in early this
morning for my junk journal gift card holders that I published just last week
(SpryMedia.etsy.com). They were originally supposed to be published by the end of
March, but just as I was getting them wrapped up and ready to go, two setbacks
occurred. First, I had persons dear to me tear me down and carelessly stomp on
everything I’ve been pressing to achieve, This was immediately followed by my
darling mama coming down with Covid. I spent precious time nursing her well and
getting us both through to recovery, after which I had to deal with the pain of rejection
and discouragement that tore my heart up like so much waste paper. Even loved
ones fail us sometimes, but the Lord is able to reach through the darkness and turn
gray skies blue again. Just so very thankful for small victories today <3
