Trooper Moore met and adopted an abandoned dog, Rosie, after a rescue call, forming an unexpected, life-changing bond.Kayla Moore, a trooper with the Michigan State Police’s Gaylord Post, responded to a call about a dog that had been left behind, according to the department.
She went to pick up the dog and gave her a ride to the local shelter. During the trip, they started to form a special bond. “Trooper Moore and the dog seemed to be a perfect match,” MSP wrote on Twitter.
