About Me:
After 15 years in capital equipment sales in hospitals and observing 100's of cases in operating rooms all over Virginia, I enrolled in and completed 18 months of training to become a Certified Master Transformational Health and Life Coach and launched Redemptive Wellness Coaching.. I have seen too many amputations due to diabetes, too many bariatric stomach by-pass surgeries to count, and now I help people take control of their health and their lives. My clients have lost lots of weight, reduced their hemoglobin A1C levels, lowered their blood pressure, and have opened new possibilities because of improved health. and renewed minds.
I am also an ordained minister through the Harvest Family Network. I have had the privilege counseling and coaching people for more than 30 years helping them to find their way through some of the most difficult trials in life restoring the joy of the Lord, teaching them to hear from the Lord, and create deeper, more fulfilling lives with the Lord and with their loved ones.
In all areas of life, I believe in re-firing NOT retiring.
