A lover of Christ who longs to know Him more and more every day. Married to my husband John, for nearly 52 years and we are blessed with a close family consisting of 3 married sons, & Daughters in law and 7 wonderful grandchildren. I have always enjoyed creative pursuits and continue to challenge myself with learning new skills.
I find the world of photography fascinating. Beauty, interest and value is in the eye of the beholder but what causes one person to stop in their tracks will be overlooked by another. The wonders of nature enthrall me.
Birdlife holds my attention for hours, The intricate detail of insects amaze me. Animals and their behaviour continually entertain me and still life compositions have a 'life' of their own. The ever changing colour and vista of the seasons stir my emotions and I am constantly in awe of the miracles of creation. All of these factors make it impossible for me to confine myself to only one or two categories of photography. Painting is another art form which has given me a lot of satisfaction over the years. These mediums include acrylic painting, fluid art, water colour and mixed media.
