Took the wife out fishing one day, to Baldwin Lake, in Illinois. It was raining like mad on the way out there and started slowing down just as we loaded the boat into the lake.... and Good thing it did...the drive was over an hour and a half... By the time we got to a good spot on the lake, it had stopped raining and the day was just perfect. Mostly an overcast day so we didn't roast out in the sun! WooHoo for us!!
The fish were super active and were biting with almost every cast!
We had a great time.. the weather was just right... We need to do this again..... soon.
