From a tactical point, however, there are many immature Christians who's greatest gift will be to simply invite people to their local congregation for a day of worship. Many people who came to church later in life often make comments like this: "I never really thought going was important, and no one ever invited me." It is often that invite that lets people know you care.
Inviting let's them know you would love to see them on worship day. It let's them know in a small way you like to be around them. So when pleadings, arguments or whatever don't seem to work invite people to your house of worship. That goes for any maturity level.
