Former Trump NSA (National Security Adviser), retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn found himself at the center of a national firestorm when he was charged with lying to the FBI over a phone call he had with the Russian ambassador to the United States.
The Department Of Justice (DOJ) would later drop the case, saying there was no “legitimate investigative basis” to have targeted him.
