God bless you. It is a term we often hear, especially after hearing someone sneeze. When we bless someone, we are basically saying, "May God give you favor and protection."
Blessing invokes goodness. When we speak blessings to God, we are thanking Him for the goodness, favor, and protection He has given to us.
Throughout the Bible, we are encouraged to obtain wisdom from God. Wisdom keeps us from making the same mistakes over and over again. Wisdom is not knowing good and evil; it is knowing good from evil.
How gracious is our God to impart to us His wisdom so that we may live in such a way that pleases Him. When we say, "All wisdom belongs to God," we are recognizing that He alone is the source of all wisdom.
As we trust God to give us wisdom for today's decisions, He will lead us a step at a time into what He wants us to be doing in the future.
