Overview
My son was diagnosed with cancer in June 2014 at the age of 8. I had head knowledge of God but not heart knowledge. God brought me to my knees and I began a journey with Him that forever altered my destiny. Through the long season of my son's illness, the love of my Heavenly Father was never more real. I saw Him in everything. He opened my eyes to see, my ears to hear, and my heart to receive Him. He taught to walk in faith, to trust, and to obey. Through the breaking down of my son's body He put the desire in me to create. He led me to incorporate prayer and scripture into the items we made together. I surrounded our home with His Word as a daily reminder of His very character and promises. God miraculously healed my son. I continue to create and share my story for we overcome by the blood of the lamb and the words of our testimony. God continues to work in our family for complete restoration and wholeness. For He is faithful and good. His promises are Yes and Amen in Christ.
