I started keto a while back because of horrible inflammation in my body as well as being overweight my entire life. This way of eating changed my life so I wanted to share with others.
At this moment in time I have not been on keto and have gained some weight back as well as pain in my body because of not eating right. Our family went through some very stressful times so I caved and joined them for a while and that's not good for my body. So I am starting back on my keto journey!
