I am publishing my notebook over at Draft2Digital using their print division, and the book is going through the approval/processing step there. If it is approved, I'll see what the author copy cost is, but D2D DOES ship to Canada! Their print trim sizes are quite limited, so I can't move over my little black book. They have a minimum page count of 64 pages as well, so my wholefood profile book can't be moved over either. This limits the idea of selling these books at craft fairs, to just the notebook. . . for now at least. . . assuming it passes the approval step. I'll know in a few days' time. less
