#Holy Holy Holy #hymns

This video is of the hymn "Holy Holy Holy." I am a lover of the old hymns and this one is a definite favorite. Like many of the old hymns, the words and the music were written by different people. The text was written by Reginald Heber (1783-1826). He was an Anglican bishop who also wrote 57 hymn texts. The music was composed in 1861 by John Bacchus Dykes, an English clergyman and hymn writer. I have many videos which have been posted elsewhere that I will bring on over, often with brief histories. Hope you enjoy.
