This week’s Parashat I am writing from Albania. So I am going to go in a different direction this go around. We read in Numbers about the rise of Phinehas his family line to the Priesthood. The Israelites are ready to take possession of the Promise Land. They are registered and counted again. The Daughters of Zelophehad petition for family land since their Father has passed. God grants their request. Joshua is chosen as the new leader. Then the Israelites are reminded of all the daily, weekly, monthly and festival offering they are required to give.
In Kings we read about Elisha being called into the work of the Lord. In Jeremiah we read about Jeremiah being called. In John we read about the Priest misusing their authority in the temple. In Romans we read God loves all people and has a message of hope for all. His mercy is for everyone. Then in Peter we are all called Holy Priests. Revelation says the same. This week we read about the call of men who did great things for the Kingdom of God.
As I sit here in Albania I see people who are lost. I see people who are just waiting for someone to share the Gospel with them. I have participate in street performances, one on one ministry and crusades this week. I have seen people eagerly receive the Good News that God created the world. Man disobeyed, and we were separated from God. Sickness and disease entered the world because of this. But God had a plan He sent His Son Jesus to suffer and die so we could be saved. Jesus died and 3 days later rose from the dead. He is alive today! He also suffered so we do not have to. He has given us the ability to pray and people be healed. I have seen thousands come to the Lord so far by sharing this simple complete message. I have seen over 100 people healed. This week’s Parashat is calling you to answer the call. You were created to share the Good News. So share!
N the name of Yeshua HaMashiach Christ Jesus,
Amen, yea, y Ámen
