We are in the season of Sukkot also know as Tabernacles. This is the part of the Feasts that have not yet been fulfilled. They are soon to be fulfilled. Sukkot represents the wedding feast. Jesus is coming back for a spotless bride. A bride that loves Him unconditionally. The question is do we love Him unconditionally. Do we love Him when we feel He is not around? Do we love Him when we lose a job, opportunity, or loved one? Do we love Him like Job?
The word Tabernacle means a dwelling place. God says He will Tabernacle with us. He will dwell with us. Sukkot is about the Millennial Reign where Jesus will dwell with us for 1,000 years. It is the Honeymoon. He is searching for a bride to spend eternity with. Now look at yourself from God’s point of view. Would you desire to spend eternity with you? Now what would you change in your relationship to make you desirable from God’s point of view?
Jesus is coming! Not everyone is going with Him when He comes back. Read the story of the 10 Virgins. 5 made it, 5 did not. What is it going to take to make you one of the 5 that are ready for the coming King. Are you an Esther? Are you a worthy Bride?
The Kingdom of Heaven is here. The King is coming to rule. When He comes He is coming for a bride. He is looking for a mate. He is looking for His Queen. He is looking for a co-ruler. He is looking for an intimate relationship. He is looking for someone who knows Him so well they will rule the way He does. He is coming for a spotless bride. I have areas I am working on to become spotless. I challenge you to have a real conversation with yourself about whether you are spotless or if you have work to do.
