Prayer — “Prayer is an ongoing conversation; praying in the spirit includes every form of prayer, whether it be a prayer of request or a prayer of thanksgiving, or worship or interceding for all to realize their saintly innocence. Oh, and remember, you do not have to do all the talking. Always be attentive to the voice of the Spirit.” (Ephesians 6:18, The Mirror Bible)
There are many forms of prayer, as Paul explained. We can inadvertently make some kinds of prayer more important than others! But what’s most important is simply to do it! Just pray!
But don’t turn it into an idol. We think if we miss praying for one day that we are in sin. Or if we don’t pray for a long time, then Daddy God will be mad at us. That’s so not true! You can pray wherever you are — in the line at the grocery store or in your car. Any time you start a conversation with Daddy God, Jesus and Holy Spirit it’s prayer.
Let’s not forget that listening is also prayer! What have They said to you lately?
Lets Pray:
Daddy God, thank You for the incredible gift of prayer—the open door to communicate with You at any moment, in any place, about anything. Holy Spirit, teach us today what it truly means to pray without ceasing, to live in constant conversation with You. Help us break free from religious formulas and enter into the freedom of authentic relationship. Jesus, thank You for modeling a prayer life that was both intimate and powerful, showing us that prayer is simply talking with our Father. Today, open our ears to hear Your voice, for prayer is not just us talking to You, but You speaking to us. In Jesus' name, Amen.

I DECREE that I am free from religious obligation and performance in my prayer life!
I DECREE that Daddy God welcomes me at any time, in any place, with any need!
I DECREE that I will both talk and listen in prayer—it's a two-way conversation!
I DECREE that Holy Spirit speaks to me and I am attentive to His voice!
I DECREE that guilt and condemnation have no place in my relationship with Daddy God!
I DECREE that my everyday life is my prayer room and every moment is sacred!
I DECREE that I pray from relationship, not religion, from love, not law!
