The Kingdom Way of living does not rejoice in someone else's misfortune, suffering, trauma and hardship; or gloat over others' failures, flaws, weaknesses, shortcomings and tragedies. It does not boast, brag, inflate, puff, elevate oneself. It does not minimise, reduce, trivialize, humiliate and put others down. It does not manipulate, twist, distort, exaggerate and play around with the truth. It does not operate for selfish gain and in unethical ways.
When those who claim to have the Holy Spirit and boast of flowing in the gifts of the Spirit operate in behaviors that are competitive, provoking, demeaning, irritating, insulting and combative, it is imperative to understand that the FRUIT of the Spirit is completely different from the GIFTS of the Spirit.
The world chases the gifts, GOD is interested in the fruit.
The gifts are given, the fruit is cultivated.
The gifts are freely distributed by the Holy Spirit, the fruit is the outcome of wilful submission and obedience to the Holy Spirit over years, and must involve personal sacrifice, spiritual transformation and dying to self.
The gifts are for Kingdom purpose, the fruits produced are the evidence of spiritual maturity in a person's walk with the Lord Jesus Christ.
“But the fruit of the Spirit [the result of His presence within us] is love [unselfish concern for others], joy, [inner] peace, patience [not the ability to wait, but how we act while waiting], kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such things there is no law.”

A public speaker may be extremely talented, a master orator, confident in communication, able to sense the pulse of the audience, and excel in the art of skillful persuasion and use all the right words that appeal to the mind, will and emotions — but unless the fruit of the Spirit has matured the person in demonstrating love, peace, joy, faith, patience, kindness and self-control in real life and not just on stage/on camera — the gifts of communication will get corrupted by the flesh (the worldly mindset, sinful desires, selfish thoughts, self-elevating patterns), and will produce fruit that does not glorify GOD.
Hate, turmoil, tormenting fear, confusion, panic, impatience, meanness, wickedness, unfaithfulness, capricious behavior, rudeness, lack of self-control, lasciviousness, promiscuity, competitiveness, envy, jealousy, insecurity, doubt, prejudice, foolishness, unbelief, selfish behavior, pride, arrogance, gossip, slander, double-mindedness, manipulative behavior are the fruit of living in obedience to the flesh.
A life that is obedient to the Holy Spirit will display the fruit of the Spirit and develop it to such an extent within the person by cooperating with the Holy Spirit that it becomes a lifestyle that exhibits Christlike behavior. That's the Kingdom lifestyle.
“If we [claim to] live by the [Holy] Spirit, we must also walk by the Spirit [with personal integrity, godly character, and moral courage—our conduct empowered by the Holy Spirit]. We must not become conceited, challenging or provoking one another, envying one another.”

When it comes to celebrities in the world of media, arts and entertainment, their image in public life, in the media glare, on stage/on camera oftentimes contradicts their private and personal lives. They carry dual personas and in some cases project multiple personalities for their different audiences. This fragmentation of behavior creates mental and emotional instability as the celebrity has to constantly maintain the fake personas and keep juggling between them in order to appear pleasing to each target audience.
The Kingdom way of thinking, living and doing life is the exact opposite of celebrity culture. There are no multiple images to be carefully crafted and curated, no artful manipulation of public opinion, no supply of titillating behavior, no salacious gossip, no juicy information for staying in the news or filling up social media timelines.
No drama, no soap opera fights, no controversy or tactics to create publicity are necessary. No guerilla marketing strategies, no emotional manipulation, no self-promotion, no attention seeking games are needed. The ways of the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) are straight, direct, clear and not complicated to follow.
If we live by the Ruach HaKodesh, we should stay in line with the Derech HaYashar (Straight Way) of the Ruach HaKodesh. Let us not become ba'alei ga'avah (conceited, haughty persons), provoking one another, envying one another.

The ultimate measure of success, effectiveness and maturity in the Kingdom Way of living is not how well you marketed your gifts, how well you manipulated your audience, or how well you earned from telling them what they wanted to hear; but how well you grew in the fruit of the Spirit and were able to disciple others to the knowledge of Christ in order to help develop their understanding of "how things work in the Spirit" and how the Kingdom of GOD operates. GOD‘s "Well done! You faithfully carried out My instructions" is the only thing that matters.
Let us therefore live to please that audience of One. Everything pertaining to life, happiness and godliness flows from it.
“Since this is the kind of life we have chosen, the life of the Spirit, let us make sure that we do not just hold it as an idea in our heads or a sentiment in our hearts, but work out its implications in every detail of our lives. That means we will not compare ourselves with each other as if one of us were better and another worse. We have far more interesting things to do with our lives. Each of us is an original.”
