'Stinking thinking' destroys more friendships, relationships, marriages, families, church unity than the devil. The devil gets more credit when the issue lies elsewhere.
The lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, the pride of life: all run wild because of a lack of constant renewing of the mind to the Word of GOD and refusal to conform progressively to His image (Romans 12:1-2).
We have access to the mind of Christ but do not want to make use of it, we have His new nature but constantly resurrect the old sinful nature: the results are evident everywhere.
Allow, permit, surrender, come under the Word of GOD.
Capture every thought, bring it before GOD's Word.

No thought can stay, grow into a mindset and develop into a stronghold without your permission, access, approval and agreement.
