To reset your password if you have forgotten it, here’s how:
- Click the “Forgot Password?” link under the password box during sign in.
- Enter your email address in the box provided and click the “Send Email” button.
- An automated email is sent to the email address you entered. Open the email and click the link shown.
- Enter your new password in the 2 boxes provided, then click the “Reset Password” button. Your new password is now activated, and you will be able to login using this new password.
