Time — “But then the day dawned; the most complete culmination of time. (Everything predicted was concluded in Christ.) The Son arrived, commissioned by the Father; His legal passport to the planet was His mother’s womb. In a human body exactly like ours He lived His life subject to the same scrutiny of the law. His mandate was to rescue the human race from the regime of the law of performance and announce the revelation of their true sonship in God.” (Galatians 4:4-5, The Mirror Bible)
Time is important part of our lives. Sometimes we worry about it. But Daddy God, Jesus and Holy Spirit created time for us. “He has made everything beautiful in its time.” (Ecclesiastes 3:11a, NKJV)
I like that the Mirror Bible used the word passport for Jesus’ legal right to step into our time. He came at just the right time! The Bible said His coming was in “the fullness of time”! (Galatians 4:4)
”Now, since we are God’s coworkers, we beg you not to take God’s marvelous grace for granted, allowing it to have no effect on your lives. For He says,
I listened to you at the time of My favor.
And the day when you needed salvation,
I came to your aid.
So can’t you see? Now is the time to respond to His favor! Now is the day of salvation! (2 Corinthians 6:1-2, TPT)
It’s time!
Let’s Pray:
Daddy God, we thank You that You are the Creator and Master of time itself. You stepped into our timeline through Jesus at exactly the right moment in history, and You continue to work all things together according to Your perfect timing. Help us to trust Your timing in our lives, knowing that what You make beautiful in its time is worth waiting for. Give us the wisdom to recognize when it's time to act, time to wait, and time to respond to Your grace. Help us to live with the urgency of knowing that today is the day of salvation and favor. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Today’s Declarations:
I declare that God's timing is perfect in every area of my life, and I trust His divine schedule over my human expectations.
I declare that I am a coworker with God, responding to His grace with urgency while trusting His timing for the bigger picture.
I declare that every delay in my life is divine preparation, and every open door is a divine invitation.
I declare that I am free from the regime of performance-based timelines and rest in my identity as God's beloved child.
I declare that today is a day of favor and salvation, and I will not waste the gift of the present moment.
Be a Blessing,
Sir Gregory
